Dr. Levin-the dr....‎

They have made my prescription incorrect and the doctor told me that I have to get used to it. When I told him to go to hell, he apologized and offered to redo my glasses, at which point I only wanted my refund. There is more... but you get the picture. Save yourself and money and go somewhere else. PS I wear progressives and the doctor did not bother to go through the full examination... can you believe this?‎

Disappointed in the new and terrible...‎

I had been going here for years and have had a great experience, until now. This past time I had a TERRIBLE experience. There was little wait, but I was never asked what type of exam I wanted and there was nowhere on the paperwork to specify what type of exam I wanted so I assumed an eye exam would be good for both glasses and contacts. WRONG. I can't get a contact lens rx without paying for another exam. Also, I specifiedthat I wanted a dilation on the paperwork, and the assistant even asked me to confirm that I wanted a dilation and the doctor didn't do one. He didn't even mention it. In fact, this doctor was one I had never seen before in the past 4 years and he didn't bother to introduce himself. I had to ASK him what he was changing my rx to as I was walking out of the exam. He didn't even mention how or what he was going to change, if anything. He acted like it was a hassle to have to tell me when I asked. Then, the lady selling frames was very pushy and just ...
