Kind Service, Great Product

Fresh Flower Fantasy has always been very helpful and informative when I have purchased flowers. I recently recieved flowers from my daughter and took them into the flower shop to get information on how to take care of them. One of the designers took time to explain each of the flowers in my bouquet, freshen the water and let me know how long to expect each type of flower to live. She also told me if they didnt live as expected to just bring it back and she would replace it. What service!!! I will definetly be back!

BEST SERVICE by Annie O. at InsiderPages

Needed flowers for our son in law in another town. The staff was most helpfull in helping us pick something appropriate for a man and also for understanding we were doing this last minute. I meant to call earlier and forgot and they said no problem. I was shocked when just one hour later our son in law called to thank us for the beautiful plant recieved in Gillette. We will definately be back.

Excellent Service

This shop went above and beyond when I asked for unusual flowers for a very special occasion. I ordered late and they went the extra mile by driving to Denver to pick up what I needed to make sure the flowers were on time the next day. Thank You!!!!

If you're not going to make a scheduled delivery at least contact the sender - they had my phone and email available to them and utilized neither.
The floral industry is a competitive market, think twice about dealing with a vendor that has a reputation for being unreliable.

PROS: 24h phone service
CONS: very little phone service can actually do for you outside business hours
