This is a new health food chain popping up in several places throughout San Diego. I went to check it out and really liked what they offer.

Even though they have produce as you would encounter it in any market, they have a lot of convenient pre-packaged fruits and vegetables. For example I saw a container full of pomegranate seeds already peeled and ready to eat. Their packaged salads are very gourmet and affordable, you can see all the green efforts all over the store.

In this trip I didn't go to the grocery aisles, but was impressed with what I've seen so far and plan to go again very soon.

I really like the openness of Fresh & Easy. It's similar to a Trader Joe's, but they also have your regular brand items. The produce is really fresh and they have lots of prepackaged meals that are convenient & healthy.
