…so the place does not have a lot of amenities and it is older but the two well kept pools and the lush center court do offer a respite for this quaint apartment complex in central Austin. I've looked at many other places and find the price competitive, the staff courteous, the buildings well kept and when something needs attention, you just drop a note in the manager's office and it is tended to promptly. I was happy to sign up for another lease!‎
