Cats left in carriers all day and covered in urine
I had an unpleasant experience 2 weeks ago. I took my cats in for baths and said i would pick them up that evening after work. My cats were placed in their carriers after the baths for the entire day, without food, water, or litter. By the time I picked them up, both were sitting in their own urine. The explanation about how that happened just kept getting worse each time i talked to someone. I also had the office manager NOT available, being called and lectured to on what i owed (they also misbilled me), etc. I am looking for another vet

Unprofessional
I had a VERY similar experience as the review two below me. I was trying to arrange for surgery for a dog but had a question and the office manager was always "unavailable" or "out to lunch" or "not in" . Once I tried to talk to the vet and never got him either. Two weeks/5 phone calls later still no return call and took my business to another vet who was super and did the surgery. My finding this other vet was the only silver-lining. Unbelieveably unprofessional. They are pricey too.

Great place to take your dogs.
I found this place a few months ago when I moved to this neighbourhood. I needed to find a new vets for my dog. I have to say this is the best vets I have ever taken my dog to. The vet and nurse are very thoughtful and helpful. My dog had a back problem and I was very worried. The vets checked where she is hurting very gently while the nurse was holding her. She always shakes badly around new people, especially in the vets, but she was fine. It was because they both treated my dog like their own dog. I really thank them for that. I highly recommend you to take your dog if you are looking for good vets. Saturdays are always busy. You need to make an appointment before you go, but it is definitely worth it. My dog is better now and she is running around again.

Your Four-legged Family Member Deserves Much Better
We recently took our newest addition to this facility where she was diagnosed with Parvo. She had received her first set of boosters the day before we rescued her. She was 3lbs & 7 wks old. Initially the visit was pleasant, aside from being told that our baby had a life threatening puppy killing virus. We decided to bring her home & explore other possibilities. 1 1/2 hrs later we decided we should take her back & start treatments. Upon calling I left a msg for the same Dr that examined her to call back. 2 hrs passed & I was concerned. I called back & admit I raised my voice at the girl that ans'd. She said that the Dr was lunch & wouldn't return for 1hr. She then told me that she didnt need to listen to me in this upset state & hung up. I called back & was immediately put on hold for 6 min. I hung up & called back & again placed on hold for 4 min. I only wanted to find out if my other dog, already having all his shots, needed a booster as he had been in direct contact w/ the new puppy; I also wanted to find out when the Dr was going to be back in so we could take her back. The last time I called I finally got her to stay on the line & she said that my other dog didn't need a booster since he had rec'd his shots. NOT TRUE He did need it & this I heard from 2 other vets. I asked for the off. mgrs name & she too was at lunch. She proceeded to raise her voice at me & say "if you want to call back & complain call back after 2" then hung up on me again. Our baby is now dead, she passed away Mon 8/6/07 even after being treated at another vet. The bottom line is; if you desire empathy, concern & professionalism for your baby DO NOT go here. Aside from that our other baby could have easily died as the "receptionist" likes to give incorrect info that could be potentially deadly to your pet. For the sake of your four-legged family member don't go thru what we had to go thru here. It's a shame that even in an emotional time like this we did not get any sympathy or concern.
