My mother and I had this insurance company for a year and I had problems with them the entire year. What finally made me leave was when they charged me a late fee for a mistake they made! When I spoke with the manager he said they could refund the late charge but not the reinstatement fee that happened when my insurance was not paid (a fact I repeatedly told him was their fault). This STILL does not make sense to me because it was not my fault the payment was late so why would you charge me a fee for something that was not my fault?! DO NOT USE THEM.
