They make the car buying process so much fun. Everyone was friendly and saying hello and dancing around to the music that was playing in the showroom. And when we bought our car we got to step on the red carpet in our Uncle Frank hats before we left. No worries about pushy salespeople because Bud and Keith were both great. Bud is soft spoken and is just a nice guy to work with. No complaints and an A+ time.

I have purchased two vehicles from Frank Myers Auto Maxx. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and have done so in the past. The salesperson let me take my time and select the vehicle I wanted and did not pressure me into a quick sale. The salesman knew this would be an investment that I would put my hard earned money into and did not rush me like most dealers to hurry in and hurry out for the next sale. I have purchased two Dodge trucks and have not had one problem from either vehicle. The warranty that came with the vehicle is excellent. This dealership reminds me of the dealers of old when they cared about what you purchased and made sure you could afford it. I was offered drinks and a snack to make sure my experience was pleasant. Most dealers today rush you into a vehicle whether you can afford it or not and dont offer that caring feeling. Frank Myers Auto Maxx is defnitely the best used car dealer on the east coast, if you dont believe me look at the recent award that was received that no one else arouond has received for their customer service and quality of vehicles. One of the biggest selling points for me was on the door going into the business where it has store hours listed for Sunday it says "Closed" because I know where Mr Myers is on Sunday where we all should be and thats church!

I am not the type of person that writes reviews for anything. I am very passive and generally keep all comments to myself, good ones and bad ones. But I had to give proper recognition to a local car dealership by the name of Frank Myers Auto Max. Me and my wife hate buying cars. We had rather get our teeth pulled without pain killers than car shop. But we passed by Frank Myers Auto this past Saturday and saw a real nice Chrysler 300 sitting in the grass. It was early so we were hoping they were closed so we wouldn't have to deal with a salesperson but we didn't have that kind of luck. A nice looking, clean cut and well mannered young man named Frank Cruz approached us and put us at ease right away. He gave us lots of good info, asked us questions and really had us thinking that he cared more about us than his commission. We got no push back from him or aggression to buy today or else. We told him we had to leave early to go to a ball game of our sons so he invited us inside, gave us a brochure on the Chrysler and a free book that was written by the owner. After getting home, we had a message from him on our voice mail thanking us for coming in to visit. We read our free book and there was lots of great information about buying a car. We really recommend the book if you can get one. We went back to drive the car on Monday and bought it. It is a great car and we got a good deal. It came with a free lifetime warranty. All the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was almost electric. Upbeat music, balloons, free popcorn and movies playing on the wide screen TV made it seem more like a fun house than a car lot. We are new to Winston and we are glad we found a great place like Frank Myers to buy our car.

All of the employees are friendly, the building is clean, and the overall atmosphere is upbeat. I considered other dealers for this car purchase and even shopped around for the best deal but I keep going back to Uncle Franks.
