This place is terrible. I went in there with a 50% off coupon and still got charged over $1500 for 4 prints - one of which was framed upside down. I didnt understand the estimate and when I got home and figured it out, I called immediately. No one called me back. I repeatedly asked the manger or owner to call me and no dice. Only the person who sold me the overpriced deal called and pointed out the paperwork said absolutely no refunds. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? I amnot the first i am sure to compalin. Can you imagine this place would have changed over $3000 for 4 small pictures if i didnt have a 50% off coupon? I have framed at many places and this is the most unpleasant experience - as well as HUGE RIP OFF - that I have ever encountered. And the complete lack of courtesy that I could not even get a manager on the phone or anyone to call me back just goes to show these people just dont care. i would AVOID ALL FRAME STORES like the plague!
