My husband and I have lived here for 2 years now and we don't plan on leaving anytime soon. We have never had any problems living here, every neighbor that we have had has been nice and helpful. The floor plans are spacious, the maintenance guys do a great job keeping up with landscaping and I love the staff!. Anytime I have to call the office, the staff is always polite and professional, they always make sure everything is running smoothly in our apartment. I'm so glad we have finally found a nice, clean and friendly place to live. To those neighbors complaining about noise, its called apartment living!! Deal with it. I will definitely recommend anyone to live here, it's affordable, well-kept property and it feels like home.‎

Our family moved into Foxfire due to my husband's job relocation from another city. We really didn't know San Antonio well enough, and from the online pictures, Foxfire looked like a nice enough apartment complex. How wrong was our impression! During our 7-months stay there, we experienced 3 different neighbors downstairs. First one was nice, and even helped us move. Second one smoked a lot, and we could smell it from our apartment. Third one was just plain loud - they partied and played loud music that vibrated our floor/their ceiling. We contacted Foxfire courtesy patrol - they didn't really do anything, other than asking us to call SAPD. SAPD wouldn't even stop to talk to the neighbor unless they can hear the music from the street. Music was not loud, but the vibrations from the subwoofer were strong. We also formally complained with the management. Crystal, the property manager, was professional enough to come and speak with us. However, nothing really changed. ...
