IF YOU VALUE YOUR INSTRUMENT AT ALL YOU WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our experience with the owner CHARLES and the staff at Fox Music House was very disappointing. I do not have room to list all the things that makes this company and especially the owner fall very short on customer service. The work I requested to be done on pedals before it was moved to our new residence, was not done, things that I did not request were done instead (on pedals). When we received our piano, the parts to the pedals were missing! (THE PART THAT WAS WORKED ON BY FOX MUSIC!!) Again, none of the items that I wanted repaired on pedals were touched! According to CHARLES, the missing parts were not their fault!! I quote, "Must have been the movers" REALLY???? Then why am I being billed for work on pedals, that do not work. the parts should have been missing before you worked on it,then, what am I being billed for? I started to purchase from a "big box" store, but hated the way I was treated. They acted as if I it didn't really matter if they made a sale and werent able to answer many of our concerns. We decided to visit Fox Music and was kindly greated. The sales rep there answered every single question we had and was not pushy at all. Eveyone seemed to share the same caring attitude all the way down to the employees that made the delivery. We will definately recommend Fox Music to our friends and family.‎
