I am power of attorney for an elderly uncle who lives in his own home in the Four Star Plumbing service area. His caregivers and I have called upon this company numerous times for repairs - and some replacements, too. I do my own plumbing projects at home, but live 1,100 miles away, so I must count on licensed contractors for work at my uncle's home.

This team has always responded to my calls in a timely manner, provided quality and appropriate service and materials, and been quite reasonable in their pricing. The owner is also are willing and able to explain the situation and requirements to me for each job.

I strongly recommend Four Star Plumbing - for both locals and absentee owners.

I don't normally write reviews, but I just had a little plumbing emergency and went online to get the phone number for the ONLY plumbing company I would ever use or recommend and happened to notice the awful review that another customer had said. I have been using Four Star Plumbing for over 10 years and have referred countless people to them. All of them have thanked me for the great referral and been happy. They not only clean up after themselves which is often times not the case for any type of "construction" types, but are fast, honest, and affordable. The plumbers are always very nice and professional. The owner has done some work for me himself and is honest and very hard working, I can't imagine having anything bad to say about him or his company. I do believe they recently expanded and the service, well quite frankly is better than ever.

While the plumbers were working in my home they took my son's iPod nano from the kitchen counter. Upon asking them if they saw it they said no. After contacting the owner of the company he said that his workers don't lie and that he doesn't feel responsible for my loss. He emailed me his final response saying the case was closed and when I called I was told they wouldn't speak to me on the phone and then hung up on. My husband called and was hung up on as well. I emailed them my response (requesting the iPod back or a replacement one) and they refuse to answer my email as well ( as told to me by my association manager who was copied on the email.). They are rude, and unprofessional. If you use this company be prepared to follow them around and watch them like a hawk. They also used my brand new front load washer as a step ladder instead of getting one off their truck or using the one in my garage that I offered when I saw them on my washer and asked if they would like to use it. Beware of this company.
