I called to ask for service and was welcomed with insults and abuse after I just asked a polite inquiry about whether or not they have a store or were only mobile. This was uncalled for. If this experience is at all typical, it's a wonder they get any customers.

Having two teenagers and two dogs living in our home, having white carpets, and leaving by the water can b e a problem for the life of our carpets and rugs. Four Seasons promised to get the job done and at a price that was fair. To my satisfacatison, the job was done, the spots removed, and the price was more then fair. I have used Four Seasons on several occasions, I have been very happy with their work, appointment times, and their follow-up on the job. I highly recommend them for all carpet cleaning care.
