I was in an accident that was the fault of another. My car was in the shop for TWO full months before I got it back. The service done on my car was fabulous, but it took FOREVER to get the repairs done. I would highly recommend this shop if you have another method of transportation while waiting for your vehicle.

If you care about your automobile and your family's safety this is not the body shop for you. The repairmen are underqualified and not even capable of properly using the required tools and equipment. Management is unprofessional in their appearance and in every aspect of the auto body industry. The body work is terrible and unsafe. Foster's auto body depends on several other body shops in the area to fix what they destroy. My experience with Foster's Auto Body was a nightmare and I urge anyone considering this shop to research other body shops before choosing this one.

Took my car to Fosters as they were highly recommended by 2 separate sources after a rear-end collision. Getting the car back after 3 weeks in the shop, I noticed several things wrong with the work they did. Numerous fish-eyes in the paint, one side molding was not put on correctly and the biggest is that the paint doesn't even match the rest of the car (it's a shade darker). Upon showing the color mis-match to Fosters they conceded that it did not match but ultimately they were not responsible because my type and color of car is near impossible to match perfectly. They could, however, make it come as close as possible and all I would have to do is talk to the insurance company. When questioned why they didn't make it come as close as possible the first time, I got no valid answer (a dumb look actually). I then pointed out a bubble in the paint on the aforementioned side molding to illustrate what kind of work you receive for their premium labor rates and the guy (older gentleman --the owner?) looked over the original invoice for a moment and got very very defensive with me screaming that they didn't paint that piece and I was accusing him of bad work for which he didn't do. Hey guy, YOU supplied the piece, you put it on the car and whether you painted it or not, it's still your responsibility! Bottom line is that Fosters will not work with you over issues they themselves caused by their own incompetence! I recommend finding a shop that actually takes pride in it's work and isn't out to rip off the customers and/or insurance companies. Avoid these crooks!
