It is really sad that MissBarbi21701 feels that way about a WONDERFUL dentist office. I have been a patient there for about 25 years and have never had a problem. This office is very kind to my entire family and our many friends we have referred there. I know for sure that they do NOT have hours on Fridays for patients because I also have asked. They said the doctors and hygienists are not in on Fridays but the front desk staff is. I also have been called to see if I could come in earlier on the day I was scheduled or called for a different day. I have declined a few times and that was just fine with them. I am sure if you did not want to change the appointment, they would have been ok with that.‎

The main problem that I have with Dr. Forshey's office and his staff is that they act as is appointments are scheduled for their convenience exclusively and not for the patient. Even though I asked if Friday hours were available as it would be more convenient to get a ride, (I do not drive), I was told that no Friday hours were available. When I called their office after hours, I heard the recording saying that there were shortened hours on Fridays, but yes...there were some Friday hours. So their office lied to me. I don't think I EVER scheduled an appointment where the office didn't call and ask if I could change my appointment time. Obviously not easy for me, since I have to depend on others for rides. So, I've had my fill of it and am looking for another dentist.‎
