I love Formula Fitness, the people are really friendly and happy everytime I'm there. I've lost 9 pounds since I started and I feel great. The price is affordable and I like that it's located on the east side of Lancaster where I live. I take a group exercise class spinning and it is fun. I enjoy my membership, thanks.
