Poor patient relations in waiting room
Waited 90 minutes for my elderly mother to be seen. Explained that I had to take someone else to an appointment at 2 p.m.. We were told "soon, soon". No one ever told us that they did not see anyone from 12 to 1. At one o'clock then others were taken ahead of us. At 1:30 we had to leave. This was a return mammogram requested by Clinical Radiologists. Results: no lunch. No mammogram. Since we waited until the last minute, my mother had to come with me and sit in another doctor's office for an appointment that was not hers. Everyone was pleasant but the staff did not listen to our circumstances to help us make a good decision.
