Be warned, these guys have no clue what they are doing. First, I got a headlight for my car that they swore up and down would fit mine. Of course, it didn't. And since I actually work during the week, it is damn near impossible to get a refund from them (Hours are 9 ? 5 Monday thru Friday, No weekends). Next, I got a used transmission that they swore would fit my car. They even stated that they had 4 that would fit on the shelf. This was on a Friday. My car was supposed to have the used transmission installed and finished that following Monday. Well, Foreign Auto Salvage ended up calling me on Monday around 1 pm saying that they sent over the wrong transmission and the right one was still in the junked car they had. They would have to pull that transmission and it would be sent over on Tuesday (by who knows when). When I raised hell with them saying I had to get a rental car and that it was their fault for not supplying the right transmission, they just said ?Not our responsibility.?(Not our problem basically). So much for customer satisfaction, car knowledge, and anyone who knows a damn thing about organization. Don?t deal with these incompetent and irresponsible people. I won?t ever again. It?s better to go to U Pull and Save or anywhere else.
