BAD SERVICE. UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. EVEN MANAGEMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. oH AND THEY MIGHT CHARGE YOU FOR ITEMS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE CAR. ADD EXTRAS AND MAKE YOU BELIEVE IT IS REQUIRED FOR FINANCING. VERY UNETHICAL. AND NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO RETURN A CALL. OF COURSE BEFORE YOU BUY.. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT YOU THE CUSTOMER .. AFTER YOU BUY. YOU GET PUSHED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE BUCKET. I WILL NEVER ..EVER BUY FROM THEM, NOR WILL I EVER REFER ANYONE THERE. I'D RATHER SPEND MORE FOR THE CAR THEN GET A "SO CALLED DISCOUNT" JUST TO BE NICKLED AND DIMED IN THE END. BUYER BEWARE.. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU ALL KINDS OF THINGS TO MAKE THE DEAL, AND THEN CONVENIENTLY HAVE MEMORY LOSS WHEN IT COMES TIME TO HONOR THEIR PROMISES.

Pros : PRO'S? .... ???? THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE VERY POLITE AND APOLOGETIC!

Dishonorable Sales Staff!!!!!! I went to FOM negotiated the price of a car, went in the next day and they jacked up the price $1ooo.Thesales manger said that it was illegal for them to sell the car for less than the advertised price! Even though all "HIS" agents were telling us not to worry they can work with the sticker. Why All the LIES???? Knowing full well that my son needed the car for school and work, We were over a barrel. a day that should have been a joyous day was anything but. I felt like my family and I were raped by this car dealer. I will never give the FORD of MONTEBELLO a chance to "Violate" anyone else I come in contact with. I GOT S****D at FORD of MONTEBELLO will the slogan I use from know until the end of days. If you go to FORD of MONTEBELLO, Please BEWARE!! Another disrespected customer (Who will shop puente Hills Auto Center from know on) Thx.

Pros : Car wasecent deal, not good deal.

Cons : The whole dealership.Get treated better and save money somewhere else!
