Great Doctors and Great Staff
I have been seeing the doctors and Ford Eye Center for years and they are all truly wonderful! They CARE, They are SMART, and they LISTEN!!!!!!!!!! The staff have always treated me so kindly and with great respect! Its really nice to go somewhere you are appreciated and cared for. Dr. Ford has done surgery on many of my friends and they love him!

The doctors seem competent, but the girls in the front! I am just sick of mediocre service. They are not very friendly. My husband travels all the time, and he relies on me to find a place with great, timely service. This is not it. His last appointment, he almost left because he waited over an hour past his appointment time. And recently after returning from Mexico I needed to get my son in for a red eye. I called at opening on a Monday morning, and they acted like they could not make an appointment without consulting with the doctor and the assistants in the back. So I waited for a call back. I had to tell three people that he had a red eye, and finally they agreed to see him. I don't get it. They got him in that afternoon, and it turned out to be a sunburn. They did nothing else exam wise, and it was $115. Their one and only optician is overated. She forgets to order things, makes horrible excuses, and it is just not a place I can recommend.
