When I called, a seemingly nice man answered the phone and this was the only shoe repair shop who did answer the phone today. Had a little trouble finding it because I assumed the shop was in a shopping plaza but instead it is at a home in a residential neighborhood. You have to call first before you go and he asked that I hurry when I told him I could be there in 15 minutes.I showed the man my shoe and he said he couldn't fix it because his sewing machine was broken and said the sewing machine was older than me so he couldn't find anyone who knows how to fix it. I asked if he could recommend a shoe repair shop and he answered by telling a joke. I wasted about an hour's time on this and was annoyed but won't be going back there.‎

Do not use for luggage repair:
He will take your luggage
Ask you for a deposit
And then tell he cannot repair
deposit is not refundable
