Man...i still have a headache...the guy that came to my business..a nursing home mind you..reeked of cigarettes and onions....gross..he had on faded pants and mocassins, his hair was unkempt...unprofessional..despite that I still decided to let him proceed...man he took like 30 minutes fiddling with the darn lock...radiod his boss and asked him questions..threw a mini tantrum on the radio..stormed outside to smoke yet another cigarette...and then came back in reeking even worse...in a nutshell he took forever to finish..eventually charging mefor the 30 minutes he spent arguing with someone over the radio..WTF..only because we have a contract through our management company will I use them again..they are horribly overpriced..RIPOFF
Pros: you get a love3ly cigarette stench in your residence or place of business
Cons: empty pocketbook, unkempt unprofessional technicians, rudeness, overpriced, take too long

I've had to use locksmiths from time to time and these guys are the best in the area IMHO. I can't believe that no one else has written anything about them yet so I feel obligated to share my experience. Every visit to their store is pleasant, personal and professional. Their prices are the best and still they manage to provide the best service. I go out of my way to use their services whenever I can because they always give that little something extra.
