Bad customer service, over-priced, and...
I initially liked the office. Dr. Monica was very skilled and the staff was friendly. But the problem is, this office isn't all about Dr. Monica and quick check ups. When it came to my attention later that one of my children had issues, that's when it became very obvious that this is no difference than a car dealership. Since this isn't a one-dentist clinic (ie, Dr. Monica isn't the only dentist here), there are several doctors in the same office, who gave me different opinions, described different details on the procedure, and one was telling me that my child needed additional work (which, as it turned out, after a 2nd opinion elsewhere, it wasn't required). It was overwhelmingly confusing, and I felt like there was no accountability and ownership. This office also charges $350 for oral sedation, which is absurd compared to other pediatric dentists in the area, who charge a fraction of the price, and much better facilities than Make A Smile.
