STAY AWAY! First, they will "hide" the car you came to look at and then try and get you to buy something else. And then when you're ready to leave, they find it in a different lot. Then they drag their feet writing the deal. We spent 7-8 hours, it was awful! Second, weeks after reaching a deal, they rescind the financing!! How can they do that?! We signed a contract for 7.95% and now we need a different co-signer and the interest goes UP!! Our payments will now be $40 higher!!! Very unhappy.

I took in my truck for a trade in and they gave me a low quote site unseen and told me my payments on the new car would be so much, but didn't state how many years. (I thought 4 they did 5)The finance man was nice but he charged double for all of the accessories, tinted windows, paint treatment ect.(window tinting over 500 but if you go to the shop it's less than 200) I am upside down in payments on the new car and was overcharge on everything.. Never shop there again.. NEVER DO SITE UNSEEN TRADE with anyone..

Took my toyota corolla for servicing, and soon after the bolt holding the fan belt assembly sheared off. likely that the bolt was over-tightened!! had to pay hundreds of $$$ to get it repaired!! Would not recommend for servicing....Buying Cars there is excellent though!! The sales team is excellent!

Buying car from them was a easiest thing, but I DO NOT recommend their service department. They almost ruined my new car. I took my car to first oil change (at 5000 miles). As soon as I got home, my car started acting very strange and engine check ramp lit up. I have no idea what they did. I took my car back and they gave me some excuses and fixed the problem (not sure if it was completely fixed....) but my husband had to argue with a service manager to give me a prompt service. Avoid them at any cost.
