WORST car buying experience of my life!

I have purchased 5 new cars in my life and Folsom Lake KIA was hands down the WORST car buying experience of my life! The management is a JOKE, finance dept is completely incompetent, and sales dept could care less once you sign. It will take years for me to recover from their handy work. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! Even National KIA wouldn't help because Folsom Lake KIA is a franchise. And apparently, franchises can do whatever they want no matter how unscrupulous. BUYER BEWARE!

You wouldn't believe it who walks out of a car dealership with a car the of 2004 with only 300 down. Well i did, why because they helped me. Thats was are first car boy was that great you should visit them and see what they can do for you. Because i think i have explainded what they can do for me what about you.

PROS: fast serivce, they help you with what you have , parking is great
