I am a very motivated person when it comes to my appearance. However, with regards to fitness, I become bored with the same old routine.Since I began training with Shaun about two years ago, I have become stronger, less bored with my workout, and more challenged. After having a baby 10 months ago, and training up until the very day I went into labor, I can tell you that thanks to my training regimine with Shaun, I lost my "baby weight" within days of having my son. My body has returned to it's pre-baby state. I continue to train and look forward to my workouts. Not only is this a great way to get a nice body, but an excellent stress reliever! Anyone can do this and it is worth making time in your schedule!

Focused Energy has been a great addition to my workout regime. Exercise is a constant for me, but creating variety and motivating myself can be difficult. Shaun pushes me to work hard each session, he keeps me interested by varying the workouts and increasing the strength and skill level over time. Focused Energy is great for all levels of fitness, no matter if your just beginning or need to boost your on going challenge.

I have never felt so comfortable in a gym as I do at Focused Energy! This place is very personable and friendly. Whitney has basically changed my ways in less than 3 months, and I have never been happier with my body! I now eat healthier and am more fit than I have ever been thanks to her and the gym!
