They can cut any custom piece of foam you need to replace any cushion's you may need. Just ask for sean he is very knowledgeable and can take care of all your foam needs.

i started purchasing foam cushions from foam creations a couple of years ago for three boats and a couple of futons. After 18 different custom cushions i have to say that each time the material and craftsmenship were excellent. On top of that they were always very patient with my indecisiveness of material and helpful with the selection. If you had the opportunity to try them, you'd see as I did how much they want you to be happy with their creation. They've been at it for quite awhile and they know you're going to be sleeping on their foam creation a long time. I now drive 5 hours just to do business with them. The people in the Bay area are lucky to have them so close. Just to give you an idea of how thoughtful and courteous they are... I had left a cushion there for almost a year and they were unbelievably pleasant and understanding about keeping it for me until I could pick it up. i'm sorry that a couple of people might have been disappointed, but as for me they have treated a stranger off the street like family. I can't imagine why I'd go anywhere else for beds or cushions.

Unbelievable! This guy says he will slice off the memory foam mattress that we had brought from his store a couple years back; but later on during the week. THEN, he changes his mind and he does not want to cut old mattress and suggested me to buy a new one. I even mentioned that this is for my wife who has a terminal illness and he could not care less. I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THAT PLACE! This store keeps on changing their own customer service policy ~ profiteering over well-beings of their customers...!

I agree with the prior two reviews, about the good service at Foam Creations--I haven't bought anything there yet, but the guy who helped me last year, when I went in to try some of their beds, was very helpful. But I've bought foam at the Famous Foam Factory in Berkeley several times over the years--they're just down the street from me, so they're easier to get to by bike--and I've found their service has usually been helpful and properly enthusiastic (in other words, not overly enthusiastic). Sometimes their helpfulness is just of the simpler "what can I do for you? OK, we have this and this--give it a try" sort, but that's fine with me.

Being in the trade - its important to have reliable resources for materials. Good service doesn't hurt either. For years we have gone to Famous Foam Factory and been disappointed by their total lack of kindness and care in service. I really want to thank Foam Creations for their ability to understand their customers and to give 100%. Thank you!
