Very Good by Cathy H. at InsiderPages
I love this still of Yoga, I got started because of a friend and she recommended me this studio and I loved it. The prices were great and it really pushed me to my limits.

Hot Yoga + Clean Studio
If you are looking for a good clean sweat on this is the place!
This place is so clean you can not smell the sweat. They sell sweat,--- my sweat that is --- and it is nice not to smell everyone else's sweat!
The studio is the only Green Eco Friendly Bikram Yoga studio in the city!
The floor is anti microbial -- just like my anti wick sports cloths!
Each teachers is first rate -- they really know the postures and adjustments if you are hurt or injured! Times and prices are right for this quality studio.
I am hooked!

Best Bikram Yoga in Town = Clean and Contemporary
I have practiced at all the Bikram Yoga studios in San Francisco. This studio is both personal and spa like.
The owner and the staff are senior certified teachers, very friendly and
knowledgeable of injuries and chronic pain.
The room is 110 degrees --- it is not over heated and has fresh air!
The studio has natural light, a rubber floor --- it is odor free and very clean!
This studio offers 28 class of great yoga per week.

Mock Yoga...This Place is Awful
This place is horrible! I had not tried the Bikram hot room before, and they had a $30 for 30 deal, so I signed up. What a mistake! I have been taking yoga for about 6 years now, from California all the way to New York, and this was by far the worst studio I have ever been to. My biggest problem was the teachers. I don't know who in the hell certified them, but they seriously don't know what they are talking about! Most importantly, this studio isn't about the true meaning and purpose of yoga. Yoga is becoming the new, hip thing and people are opening studios left and right so they can teach an aerobics class, call it yoga, and make money off middle-aged women who think they are actually learning yoga.
The teachers couldn't care any less about your progress. There is no personal attention. Furthermore, they don't care if you are injured or have a recovering injury and don't try to accomodate the postures for you. Yoga can be very intense and I feel like they are too pushy on people that don't need to pushed any further.
They have really stupid rules about having a towel on your mat. (One woman did not want to stand on her towel because she was slipping, and the teacher freaked out and was like "I cannot continue this class unless you get on your towel, I don't care if you're slipping") You don't get time to rest and meditate after class. Oh and they always let their stupid little poodle into the room in the middle of class!
Overall, this is a mock yoga studio. No body there knows the first thing about yoga, only that it is super popular right now. They are doing a 12 week weight loss challange! Measuring waist lines and everythings. It's a disgrace to yoga. I would say if you are looking for a new way to work out and you like the aerobics class type atmosphere, check this place out. If you go, be careful about getting hurt (because no one will tell you if you are doing something bad for your knees, neck, etc.) If you really love yoga, never ever go here.
