This was my first time planning a wedding of 150 people and I have heard such horrible wedding stories. But, I was so naive when it came to my own wedding that I trusted every vendor that "promised" me the "best" of service. I met with Flowers by Wild Orchid at a wedding show in the Bronx. They told me all the wonderful things every bride wants to hear. We'll give you good service for a awesome price. That did not happen with Flowers by Wild Orchid in the Bronx. They "the owners of the company" Anthony, Tony, Lisa and Theresa took my payments in cash and give me an atrocious service. They did my Wedding Invitations so you would assume that they would know what time to be at the hotel to deliver my bouquet. My wedding was 3p on 9.20.08 and I waited at the hotel until 3:15p you guessed it; I was late for my wedding. Flowers by Wild Orchid did not call until 3:33p and they showed up at my wedding location at 4:20p. I asked for a some sort of refund for the hideous service and they "the owners" of the company told me that I received my flowers; yes they were late but I receive my product and that's it. I had no contract just my receipts of cash payments and that's it. Well I am not starting my marriage off in a negative tone but I am voicing my option and concern for any other bride trying to get a good deal and service for his or her wedding.
