I hope this review helps another bride out there looking for a bouquet. I ordered one that had white lily's and tulips, 2 months in advanced, paid in full. When i received the flowers it was white roses only. I was stunned. A few weeks later I brought in a picture of what I had received and my order form. I was told that they ordered some tulips for me but they were brown, that does not make sence to me because they are a FLOWER SHOP! instead of calling me they stuck a bunch of roses together. I asked why not call me , he had no reason. I asked how they can make this right and he said I was out of luck. On their website it says 100% satisfaction I guess that is just flare. Please don't make my mistake go somewhere else!!!
