I ordered the Be Happy flower arrangement from this fantastic Florist located in Pasadena CA, for a dear friend who needed some cheering up. Gorgeous yellow tulips with white and yellow daisies in a yellow smiley face mug were fresh and fragrant, delivered the same day and brought a smile to my friend's face. I highly recommend this Pasadena Florist to anyone looking for the best flowers in the Pasadena area and the customer service was superb. Thanks Pasadena Flower Boutique! On 5/9/05 I ordered flowers for my mother (Hispanic's mother day is 5/10/05) and had them delivered on 5/10/05. However, two days later, the arrangement was already dead. I called the store and let them know my story, I was told that they would send another arrangement that day (Thursday) and did. I called the store again and could not get anywhere, she stated that because it was too hot, then they die right away.

PROS: Flowers looked good
CONS: Customer Service was not very satisfied
