This is quite the gem of a discovery in the little town of Jim Thorpe, PA - it is an old industrial wireworks factory that has been converted to an wonderful restaurant and an art gallery that rivals any gallery in SOHO. There is an outdoor dining patio and an actual underground stream that flows beneath the dining room that is visible through a "Glass Box."

The bar has a terrific selection of craft beers and microbrews on draft and in bottles and the food was absolutely delicious, fresh and bought from local farms. The short ribs just melted in your mouth.

Mostly, this place is about incredible ambiance. The sheer attention to detail to everything from the wrought iron railing filled with whimsical creatures to the lego table in the children's gallery demonstrate the owner's thoughtfulness towards their patron. Be sure to visit this place if you are in Eastern Pennsylvania!
