When I went home after my open heart surgery, I had to have home health care. I chose Heartland Home Health Services based on what friends said. I had various nurses, nursing assistants and aides visit during the three weeks I needed extra care. In fact, I never saw the same person twice. This is one of my complaints about Heartland Home Health. Because I never saw the same person twice, Heartland Home Health's staff did not have a chance to get to know me. Although some of the help I saw was very good, others were mediocre, at best. If I ever need home health care again, I think I will choose another company.
