Coming from the East Coast I was excited to hear of a place
Coming from the East Coast I was excited to hear of a place called florencias pizza and was optimistic that it would in some way be similar to the pizza back home. Boy was I wrong, this was some of the worst garbage I have ever had. The pizza I had in an airport in mexico city was better that this crap made with ketchup and cardboard. Delivery took over three hours to hotel circle. Dont waste your time or money.

AWFUL!!! I haven't been in San Diego very long so my knowledge of Italian joints is pretty much zip. I looked up food delivery and decided to order 2 dinners from this place. Even half decent food would have been nice but what i received looked, smelled, and tasted like slop. One of the dinners was a half ravioli and half veggie lasana, and when i opened the single round container, everything was swimming in sauce, covered in an armor of cheese. I couldn't even tell what it was supposed to be much less identify 2 different dishes. The other chicken dish was just awful and after the first bite of it (just to make sure it was disgusting), I decided to just throw away both meals. I guess I should thank them for making me realize I need to cook my own meals if I ever feel like ordering out again.

3 of my friends and I were going to a concert at Sports Arena
3 of my friends and I were going to a concert at Sports Arena one night, and we decided to go out for food somewhere close by the venue, and Florencias was next to it. Worst mistake of my life, well, maybe not my life but you get what I am saying. The place was unclean and the dining room which is next to a shopping mall was dark. The wait was long and then their pizza is not even close to being average pizza with little sauce and cheese. I definitely DO NOT recommend this 'pizza parlor'.

Open late delivers till 2am by Annette G. at InsiderPages
This pizza place is located in the Vons center on midway drive. You can pick up and eat right there in the food court or you can take to go. They also deliver till 2:00am which is great for those late nights. The pizza is good, not the best but definately not the worst.
