LIFE SAVERS! Floppys retrived all of my pictures and documents

LIFE SAVERS! Floppys retrived all of my pictures and documents that another store in town said were all wiped out due to a virus. It only cost me $98 bucks and I was told up front how much it would be. Very professional. THANK YOU!

Recently, I had my computer serviced at Floppys Computers.

Recently, I had my computer serviced at Floppys Computers. Being that I am a local, I wanted to keep the business local to our community vs. having my computer serviced at the local "box-store Staples"... WOW what a mistake that was. The customer service at Floppys was TERRIBLE! The technician was extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL when I asked a simple question, in regards to their over-pricing of an item. His character was that of a 3 year old child, having a temper tantrum. Floppys also (without asking my permission) added components to my computer that I did not request. Overall, my experience with Floppys was a 1 stars out of 5. I do not ask for much, only to be treated with respect, which Floppys did not offer. I will NEVER do business with them again!
