I have used Floor it Now for carpet and hardwood in some of my new construction houses. They have always been competitive, professional and make good on what they say. Recently, I replaced the carpet on my 58' motor yacht. I was reluctant to use a "discount" carpet store. Was I ever wrong! Though Floor it Now may offer discounted pricing, they are certainly not cheap on quality, service and follow-up. I was able to choose some excellent Mohawk carpet at a very good price that makes my 2000 model boat look like new. Mike and Hugh were extremely helpful in my selection and allowed me to take numerous samples to and from the store. The installation went as planned but with one minor problem. The installer accidentally nailed through the back of the wall and ceiling in the stateroom below the stairs! The owner immediately sent his best guy (himself) to evaluate the damage. He coordinated the repair with a furniture repairman and made sure a potentially bad situation not only didn't get worse but turned out to be a positive one. I would recommend Floor it Now for your flooring needs whether you have a low end rental property or a high end yacht.

I just bought some laminate for my entire house from the North Charleston Floor it Now location. The salesperson who helped me out was named Dennie and he seemed really experienced. One thing I noticed was that Dennie was always in a good mood. On his day off the manager also helped me once and his name is Erik. The installers did a great job.They were really fast and good. It was not really something I could do myself. I had shopped pretty much everywhere in town, because I never bought floors before and I was really afraid . After I shopped I thought that Floor it Now had the best prices, and they were the most patient in explaining everything to me. At first I thought I would get hardwood but I changed my mind. I plan to go back to them to get my bedrooms and hallway done in a few months too. Thank you guys at Floor it Now for making this a stress free (sort of as best as can) experience! My house looks much much better now!
