Flood-Masters saved our A**. We just came back from vacation and our toilet flooded on our carpet. I needed someone fast. I called and got Michael on the phone. No msg service. The guy himself. I was concerned because the carpet was new and very wet. Michael was calm and said he would be right there. True to his word he showed up and handled our case. He showed us how he measured the wet and he knew exactly how to handle this situation. The worked very fast. I was very impressed at his calm and knowledgeable demeanor. He is easy to be with and because our job was under our insurance deductable, he worked with us on the price. His prices were fair and reasonable. They took care of everything-furniture, carpet, walls, cupboards. Anything needed to get rid of smoke odor. They hire a great group of people willing to do anything I asked them to do. Michael Fahouris is outstanding.‎

I cannot express enough my gratitude for the work that was performed by Michael with Flood Masters. My home was in the process of having a new roof installed when the rains arrived. I had buckets collecting water everywhere. The roofer contacted Michael to come over and evaluate the situation. Michael was prompt and polite and felt that he would not have any problems locating leaks and getting the home dried out. He located all the water leaks and even found some that I was not even aware of. He told me about some new technology that he uses to dry out the homes and special camera equipment used to locate moisture, all without damage to my home. I cannot thannk Michael enough for the wonderful job he did on my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone having water, moisture, or leak issues in the home.‎
