Most people have had a bad experience at the dentist depending on the type of procedure being done. The last time I visited this office the staff was extremely polite and the Dr. was respectfull. My root canal was ok nobody wants to go through that but I did just fine and so did Dr. Fletcher. So I don't understand why someone would want to make him seem like a terrible person. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Although his staff are extremely helpful and polite, Dr. Fletcher is another story. He does seem to become easily irritated with patients who are in physical pain. He is extremely rough, throws his tools around when he's upset, and then finishes the horrible experience off with "polite small talk." There was no wait to see him, and as I agree with the previous individual who reviewed Dr. Fletcher...I can now see why there is no line forming to see an insensitive rude dentist.‎

The fact that yells at his patients or geting pissed off is not a big deal i guess. The fact that he won't use suction properly and tells you to just swallow the water is not a big deal either. But the fact that he doesn't treat you teeth properly and charges you more than initially was discussed and you have to pay out of your own pocket to get your teeth re- done at the other dentist is just unacceptable.
