Wow the "meds day" comment hits it right on the head as does the Jeckyll and Hyde comment. I would have said bipolar, but same difference. I certainly agree with this reviewer. Stay away! The five star review above must be from a family member, because no one that has actually experienced this catastrophe of a woman would possibly give a good review. Between the lies and threats and the fight for your security deposit (she will try to take all of it, even if you leave the apartment in better shape than when you moved in), I couldn't be happier to have escaped from the clutches of this psychotic nut and I'm only sorry there were no warnings posted on the web when I was moving in. I'd rather live under a bridge than go back to live in any building she is managing.
Have lived in two rentals managed by Fleming. I looked for them when I needed a 2nd rental. The extemely wierd review I read about meds and laundry rooms were confusing. come by any time and see out clean laundry room
Pros : Delivers great property on move in. Can always call - prompt maintinance when needed
Cons : Small company - only emergency coverage on nights and week ends
I've lived in numerous rental properties, and of all the landlords and property managers I've had, Linda Fleming is far and away the worst. Unethical = She'll lie at the drop of a hat, and when showing properties always conveniently forgets to bring the laundry room key [so prospective tenants can't see how rotten the laundry room is]. Unpleasant = The very few times she was in a good mood came to be known as "Meds Day", because the rest of the time she could be really hostile and dismissive. Unreliable = Routinely fails to show up for scheduled appointments; how hard is it to buy a simple calendar and pen? Her only good quality is that she's relatively quick to handle emergencies such as plumbing issues. Nonetheless, I'm glad to be free of this terrible "Jekyll and Hyde" woman.
