I am a huge stationary fanatic, so I love stopping by this store. They have the cutest assortment of cards that I enjoy just looking at. If you're looking for materials, there is a paper and envelope section where you can make your own cards by hand. There is also an array of photo albums and organizers that are decently priced for their quality. The staff there is very sincere and friendly even though they probably know I'm just a window-shopping college student.

the staff is so nice. ive been going here for 4 yrs and never once did they ever make me feel "you cant afford anything in here" vibe (they have some really expensive pens and offer professional wedding services, etc. so they dont have a lot to offer students). i go in here to buy unique cards and journals. they have beautiful leatherbound sketch pads and journals of every size if youre always on the go.

The lady salesperson is very nice. The older, taller male salesman with the thick rimmed glasses and curly hair tried to sell a pen to me for above retail. He pointed to another pen, told me that was the retail price, did it again and rung me up. I pointed it out to him and it was pretty obvious I caught him... it wasn't just a mistake. This is another instance where a pen salesman has tried to be dishonest with me. The store is very nice, and there is a great selection, the displays very attractive. The elder woman salesperson is extremely helpful and nice, so go to her and this is a great place to shop.

Great selection of stationery and writing supplies, but a little on the pricey side. Good quality, though. Employees here are friendly and helpful, though I had a bad encounter at another Flax location (further south).

I bought a pen for my dear sister here, after being drawn in by all of the beautiful pens and stationery at this very cool store. I mean they have pens for every persuasion, every pocket book and every mood!

I got a gold and silver Cross Pen set, complete with a very nice pen holder for a lot less than you'd think pens like that would cost. True, I caught a fantastic sale, but still...the price was most definitely right!

Please take a day and visit Westwood, and stop in to look at this wonderful pen shop. The most lovely part is that they don't treat you like you're a thief or something. You get respect in there and the freedom to browse and ask questions about the beautiful pens in there. I mean Gorgeous! See for yourself. Pens make excellent gifts for any occasion.
