Flash Laser has literally changed my life. I began getting treatments 3 months ago for very severe acne; it was the worst I've had in 15 years, painful and unsightly. I went to doctors who said they couldn't do anything unless I wanted to go on strong doses of antibiotics, and even those would be temporary and not take away redness or scarring.

With the persistance and skill of Judy, she has cleared my skin up completely, and it looks better than it ever has (I've had acne my entire life). Even in the first week I could see improvements, but the change currently is astonishing: The pimples are gone, the redness gone, and scars I've had for 15 years are dissappearing. I have had two, whole face hair removal treatments with Judy, and they were both wonderful. She explained the process, results, and risks very well and honestly answered all of my questions. I was really nervous and kind of embarrassed with the whole thing but she has such wonderful people skills that I quickly felt at ease.
I am really pleased with the results and am getting ready for my third treatment. I have darker skin and worried that lasering would not work on me, but the laser she uses has done a wonderful job.
I know that other places advertise lower prices, but I am so glad I didn't go with one of those. She really takes her time with you (about 45 minutes on the face) and is meticulous about getting all the hairs. There's no point in paying less if the treatments are of lower quality and might not work. I am glad I shelled out more and got real results.

I've been going to FlashLaser for the past 2 years and I've had nothing but good experiences. Everyone there is nothing but friendly and working with Judy to achieve my aesthetic goals has been an overall pleasure. I've mainly done the hair removal and have been very successful at removing over 90% of my hair from my underarms, bikini, arms, chin, and legs. I no longer feel self conscience of unwanted hair and that's been priceless to me.

I've already referred numerous friends to Flash Laser and everyone thus far has had a great experience as well. The customer service and expertise is well worth payng a little more, especially when treating sensitve skin areas. I've had several services done at Flashlaser: photofacial, hair removal, and some removal of keratoses with YAG laser. All services, except for the YAG, were with Judy -- she as pleasant a person as they come and very detail oriented. The YAG was with the Dr. there.

Let's get the bad news out of the way: 1) I wouldn't do the hair removal again because it's not effective for my hair type (mostly light to dark brown, some blonde). 2) I sometimes feel some of the prices are a bit inflated, particularly the photofacial service, which needs to come down $100. 3) I don't know if I would do the YAG service again for keratoses removal, just because I'm evaluating other options -- not because of the service -- which may be less expensive. 4) I don't like the new lady they hired as a manager/receptionist; she's very sales pushy.

The good news is that the photofacial service is top notch. You get results! I've had amazing reduction in age spots, smoother skin, incredibly more even complexion, and significant reduction or elimination in veins. The Alma Laser they use is a fabulous laser -- really good quality. So, if you're willing to pay, then I highly recommend their service.
