POOL SHARKS IS FLAMINGO POOLS THEY JUST CHANGED THE NAME DUE TO COMPLAINTS TO FOOL THE CUSTOMERS SO DON'T BITE THE BAIT‎

I had a terrible experience with Flamingo Pools. I would avoid this company and its owner Dennis Gomez if you do not want this happening to you. I paid Dennis with cash for a pool cover in November because he insisted I pay him in cash. Months passed and he did not give me the pool cover I paid him for. He kept blaming it on the pool cover company but I later found out the real problem was that he had kept the money I paid him. Only until I sat down with a detective from the BROWNSVILLE POLICE dept did he finally give me the pool cover I paid him for, and even then he stalled and it took forever. In all I waited months for him to do a simple thing I had paid him for. He kept lying to me, avoiding my calls and in general created a nightmare for me and my family. Please do not use this company for your pool. In my opinion he is extremely unproffessional and should be avoided.‎

I had my pool built this past summer and my family and I have used it very frequently. We've been extremely pleased with the sales / construction process and have recommended other people in our community to build with Flamingo.‎

please iF someone is reading this and wanting to make a pool DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. There is no customer service, their staff has no clue, there is no supervisor or foreman avaliable. The same jobs needs to be done over and over. The pool building process has been a complete nightmare for me and also for my neighbors. there has been cement spilled up and down the streets, piles of dryed cement and dirt in my backyard, the run around from EVERYONE. If you try to speak to the owner, sure he will talk to you until he gets you to sign the contract and then POOF! disappears after, DEADLINES AND TIMESLINES ARE NOT COMPLETED. horrible! please dont choose this company save yourself time,anger and MONEY$$$$‎
