expensive but worth it by Oksana A. at InsiderPages
After another Studio City cleaner ruined my husband's rayon shirt (made in Bali) by shrinking the inner-facing, we thought we had to throw out the shirt... as a last resort we took it to Flair & they actually fixed the shirt so it looks nearly new.
If you have silk clothes, this is the safest place to have them dry cleaned... they have never ruined anything.
Unlike other cleaners where you have to spot check (put tape where the stains are) the clothes when you bring them in, at Flair they do such good work that it's right the first time or it''s free.
They really do live up to their slogan.
On-site tailor is also excellent, especially for alterations.
Flair also takes coupons from other cleaners, they have cookies for customers & lollipops for little ones... and a porter to help you with your cleaning if you're bringing in a lot.
They also do a great job on area rugs.
