We had the inside of our house in Delray Beach painted by 5 Star. We received 5 different estimates from painters. 5 Star was near the upper estimates but they could paint sooner and I asked Lisa (the sales rep) to match a similar estimate by a similar Licensed/Bonded company. We compromised and Lisa came down about $150 lower. Prior to the job being done I was told that the job would not be finished until I was satisfied. They did give me a choice of paint colors. Lisa did email and she did answer her phone. Before confirming everything I questioned the quantity of paint she had in the estimate and told her it was lower than everyone else's. She emailed me back and assured me that if it took more paint they would have to take care of it. They showed up on time and finished the job in 2 days instead of the estimated 4.
