DO NOT GIVE THE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISSED!!
To Those Who Want Respect as a Customer:

I live in Redwood City but work in the City. I called on Monday to get a certain brand of tire for my car (Yokahama, like the soft ride of these tires). They said they would have order them and would have them Tuesday. They also offered to have me come in on Tuesday morning. I could not but said I would be in on Thursday at 8:00AM.

I arrived on Thursday and told them of the appointment set. When this guy started looking at the computer, I knew something was wrong. He said to me in a surly tone, You didn't order the tires. I responded with Excuse me, I believe you didn't order the tires. Why would I come in here expecting to buy them if I didn't have the phone call on Monday? He simply said in a condescending manner, Hey, you didn't order the tires. I don't t have them right now. I can have them here tomorrow. I stated at that point respectfully but assertively,I work in San Francisco. I can't just come down here when it is convenient for you! He said threateningly ,Do you want me to ask you to leave? I am incredulous at this point because I have been coming to this shop for over ten years. It is also obvious on their computer that I have been a good customer for a long time. In addition, there is not even one syllable of a We're Sorry for any inconvenience. I said, at that point in a resigned fashion, You know what? I will leave. You can delete my file from your computer because I I am not spending any more money with your shop. Exit out the door.

Being in a hurry to get to work and needing tires, I went to America's Tires at the corner of Broadway and Chestnut, hoping that they give me something. They had the exact tires I wanted in stock and at $15 lower than 5 Points. The had the tires on, balanced, aligned and out the door in 35 minutes!!. And you know what, they had plenty of parking, None of this dodgi

Fast Friendly Service by Martha P. at InsiderPages
My dad recommended this business to me after I purchased a used car for my son. They were fast, friendly and about $10/tire cheaper than Costco. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent Tire Shop by Shinji S. at InsiderPages
I have purchased a full set of tires for my Nissan four years ago. I went down to the shop, since they have a high-end balancing machine. They do not cut corner on their tools. That is a good indication that they care their quality of work. Because my Nissan is very sensitive to tire balance, I asked them so called match balancing. It came out right so that I did not need to feel any strange vibration on my steering wheel. Their staffs are friendly and making efforts to satisfy their customers. I went back there to fix a puncture later. I was happy to see them and their work again. I would recommend them to anyone with a car. I would definitely go back for another purchase.

Go to Five Points for tires by Clara C. at InsiderPages
We have used Five Points Tires for several years to replace tires on 3 different vehicles. Their prices are competitive, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We were initially drawn to them because they had a dynamic balancing machine. Through their free tire rotation program, I've learned the value of having tires rotated regularly and never had a flat tire since.
