I love this place because you will really feel comfortable exercising. the people at workout express are so friendly. you will really get your money worth working out on this gym. its a 30 minute circuit training for men and women, all ages and fitness levels, they have low monthly dues, weight loss programs, sun sauna and tanning and if you're a mom with little kids, they have a playroom where you can leave your kids while you workout.....and what's really nice about working out on this gym is that you burn 600-900 calories in 30 minutes!

This is a great place that is owned by a family and everyone works there. They make you feel welcome and work with you on the machines and encourage you to keep trying. They offer a tanning booth and a sauna as well. The hours are great and go along with most peoples workdays. Highly recommned this place.
