My husband and I have been members of the 24 Hrs. Yuck...and Capitol City. We ended up at Fitness Systems because of the closure of Capitol City on Florin Rd. We were extremely impressed by the gym. It is actually a place to work out and not look for singles. The staff was always friendly, helpful and the folks that worked out were pretty much the same. Loved the cardio in seperate rooms (3) and the fact that it has a gym within the gym just for us girls.
Restrooms were always clean, energy was excellent. Unforturnately we moved to Antelope and had to drop our membership.... we are not at California Family Fitness the McClellan gym, because of the similarity to Fitness Systems. Wish there was a duplicate out by us.
