Well-appointed health club with stunning rooftop deck!
I've been going to FFC Gold Coast since 2010. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the machines are new and well-maintained, the classes are great, I love the running track and the pool is a nice plus. One of my favorite amenities, though, is the rooftop sundeck. I've attended a few of the FFC events up there and the views are amazing!

Great for triathletes like me!
Several locations have really nice and clean pools, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms. They run a fun indoor triathlon series, and have a lot of swim/bike/run training programs for triathletes, marathoners, and cyclists too. Perfect for the busy triathletes like me who want access to gyms with pools close to home and close to work. Their new "Endurance Training Center" at Lincoln Park has 16 CompuTrainers too - looks perfect for those Ironman athletes who need to bike indoors through the Chicago winters!

If you live in the city, this is a great club. Lots of amenities, fantastic staff and plenty of equipment. What more can you ask for?

Best Fitness Value in Chicago
Not the cheapest gym in Chicago, but also not the most expensive; and I would say without a doubt it's the best value for sure. 8 clubs in the city, all have cheap/free parking, top equipment, great service and none of the pretentious feel that other "upscale" clubs bring. Love FFC!

Never been a big fan of big health clubs but this place makes you feel good. Always friendly staff willing to help with everything. The club is kept very clean. I especially enjoyed the time the sales department spent with me to find out exactly what I needed to be successful on the new "path of health". I read that quote from 2006 and am shocked. They must have gotten the hint, because I have nothing but great things to say about this place
