Previous reviews make this facility sound terrible, but none of them are even based off the facility itself. It is people who can not read or understand their agreements, it CLEARLY says after you fullfil your 1 or 2 year agreement it goes month to month -I am looking directly at my contract after signing up for a year -, which is infact a plus because any other facility in the area makes you resign a whole new agreement! The staff is nothing less then appreciative of all the members that enter the doors and the machines and equipment are top notch.‎

I have been a member for over five years and they continue to impress me more each day. Their staff all know me by my first name and make me feel right at home. The classes are top notch and are continuosly changing. The facility is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. I would defenitley recomend them to anyone seeking a quality health club with an excellent staff.

At first when I joined it was with and ex and we signed up for the couples deal which would be drafted out of my account, everything was fine and we had no problems, the problems started when our contract was over. We had actually stopped going months before the end of our contract mainly due to a break up, I never fussed about having to continue to pay cause I knew I signed a year contract. At the time the contract was getting ready to end I read it over making sure there was nothing I needed to due to stop the draft, it only stated that if I wanted to continue on a monthly bases I would have to notify them in writing no less the 30 days before the end of the contract, since I didn't want to continue I did nothing. The month after the contract was over I was charged another month, I called to speak to someone and it took days for them to get back to me at which time I was told I needed to notify them in writing letting them know that I did not wish to continue. I am looking for a GYM. Called this place to get an IDEA of a monthly cost. Would not give even an estimate. I have be there in person..come on guys..why would I go if I can't afford you...shame on you for not giving pertinent info...I won't go!‎
