I ordered four club chairs from Fishbecks in April with a requested delivery date of four weeks. Normal delivery is four to six weeks, but they promised it would be available. Six weeks later the chairs were delivered with one of the cushions defective.

We were told by Anna the cushion would be replaced within 10 days, this was in late May. After many calls to Fishbeck and several promises that the cushion would be delivered within 7 days, we still do not have the cushion.

I called Friday and was promised Anna would call me Saturday - no call. Today is Sunday and I called again. Anna did take the call and puts all the blame on the manufacturer and now wants me to call them to find out why the cushion has not been replaced.

Problems happen all the time and it is okay if you feel the store is being honest and trying. That has not been the case and the feeling is they would just like me to go away and accept the defective product.
