Oh, what a nightmare. This place is so scary I called the SPCA. The animals are kept in tiny cages with no water, no blankets, no food and no toys!!! The owner was extremely defensive & belligerent...at first we were just trying to buy aquarium supplies but he refused to stop yelling into his cell phone, waving us off for a good fifteen to twenty MINUTES (not exaggerating) until we were walking out the door in disgust...when asked about the care of his animals he started yelling at us immediately...pretty much the ultimate pet store turn-off in every way. We won't be buying so much as a guppy from this awful place again.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHOP!

Plain and simple, this shop houses puppies in substandard conditions and has little to no concern for their health, welfare, or happiness.

Friends recently gifted me with an adorable & sweet pug puppy who was purchased here. Buying from a pet store isn't something I'd normally do, but it was obvious he'd be better with me than from where he came. 4 days later and after considerable emergency vet care, the puppy died of illness contracted while at the shop. He was sick, behind on his vaccinations, malnourished, and very small for his age. I question the validity of his registration papers as well, but have no proof they are invalid...just a hunch.

Cages are small and without bedding, food or water. The owner, upon learning of the puppy's condition, was wholly unconcerned for the welfare of his other animals. The SPCA is opening an animal cruelty investigation. Others have stepped forward with similar stories of illness, questionable registration information, and negligence.

This store is not only treating it's animals poorly, it is breaking the law.

Avoid Fish on the Wall / Pet Zoo and please please, tell your friends to do the same!!! If you have experiences with this store, please contact me...your stories may be useful in the SPCA's investigation.
